We are seeking a dedicated Commercial Service Tech responsible for servicing and maintaining HVAC systems in a commercial environment. Responsibilities: Service, repair, and perform start-ups of commercial HVAC systems. Diagnose and problems using hand tools, blueprints, and wiring diagrams. Troubleshooting, servicing & fixing VAV, VRF, RTU's low voltage controls, and some chillers (chiller preferred not required) Conduct preventative maintenance, system replacements, and necessary modifications. Ensure safety standards are strictly followed on all job sites. Maintain company vehicle and tools, ensuring all equipment is in proper working condition. Keep accurate records of work performed and equipment used. Stay up-to-date with manufacturer standards for installation, operation, and repairs. Provide technical assistance to customers as needed. Work overtime or weekends as needed Requirements Requirements: EPA Approved Universal Technician Certification required. Ability to pass a standard drug screen and background check. Valid driver’s license. Ability to lift and move up to 50 lbs regularly, and occasionally more than 50 lbs.
